Booking & Cancellation Policies

At Aura Head Spa, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a calm and personalised experience. To help us care for each guest with the attention they deserve, we kindly ask you to review the following policy before booking. 

Reservations & Payment

$50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Changes to Appointments

We understand that plans can change, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hour’s notice so we may offer the time to another guest.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will incur $50 cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund nor in-store credit. Any vouchers will be forfeited.

These terms relate to changes of mind and appointment scheduling.

Promotions & Gift Vouchers

Sales promotions can not be redeemed in conjunction with gift vouchers.

Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible  via text, phone call (0410 978 380) or email (auraheadspa.hills@gmail.com)

Appointments missed without notice will be treated as no-show and are not eligible for a refund, reschedule or in-store credit. Vouchers used will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals
We completely understand that delays happen. However, to maintain the integrity of each guest’s experience:

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice to Aura Head Spa via text or call (0410 978 380) will be considered a no-show. 
  • Treatment times can not be extended, as this may impact subsequent appointments.

This allows us to deliver the full Aura Head Spa experience to every guest at their reserved time. Where possible, we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Medical Conditions
For the comfort and safety of our guests and therapists, we are unable to provide treatments if you:

  • Are experiencing fever, cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Have undergone recent surgery
  • Show signs of an infection
  • Have open wounds on the scalp
  • Have sunburn or chemical burns on the scalp
  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

This is to ensure you maintain your own health and wellbeing as well as the health and wellbeing of our staff and other clients. If you present any medical symptoms upon arrival to your appointment, Aura Head Spa reserves the right to decline treatment, we may need to reschedule your treatment.
